Civil and Industrial Engineer, who began his career as a Mid-Level Technician and later rose to Senior Engineer in the civil and industrial construction sector. Throughout his career, he has deepened his knowledge in finance, funds, bank guarantees, and capital markets, having completed several specialized training courses in these areas. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, Russian, and Spanish, with an established network of contacts across five continents. He has a diverse professional experience: 11 years in banking, 4 years in a public Guarantee Fund, and more than 14 years as an international consultant in Oil & Gas and Minerals, operating through his own private company. Recognized for his proactivity and solid understanding of the Angolan banking system, he is also an effective leader with extensive experience in negotiations and a strategic vision oriented towards business sustainability and regulatory adaptation.
