Maximiliano Manti is a specialist in Corporate Finance, M&A, and Business Valuation, with experience advising corporate groups and startups across Latin America and the U.S. He is currently a Manager at Impactio Finance, where he supports clients in mergers and acquisitions, valuations, due diligence, and capital raising processes, always with a hands-on and results-oriented approach. He holds the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) certification from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Universidad Austral. In addition, he teaches Finance at the same university, delivering courses in Financial Modeling and Market Finance, where he combines theory with real-world market experience.
