Martley Capital Group is a full-service real estate investment advisory platform whose activities cover real estate investing, lending, assets and funds. The company was established in December 2023 with more than 35 staff, four offices across the UK and Europe and circa £900m in AUM across 30 mandates. The business has launched a number of new funds and individual transactions, with an Opportunistic and Value Add focus, covering Credit, Equities and Direct Real Estate, to take advantage of current dislocation in the real estate markets. Martley Capital has also been instructed on a number of asset and investment management advisory mandates, drawing on the team’s extensive experience. In addition to AUM growth, Martley Capital is targeting revenue growth via its loan servicing platform (IKEN Loan Servicing), through the provision of third-party services and ancillary services to other small asset managers through a plug-and-play model.
