Victoria Yampolsky is a serial entrepreneur, strategic CFO, and expert in financial modeling and valuation. She is the Founder and President of The Startup Station, a CFO advisory firm and financial education platform for startups and small businesses. Victoria has supported over 150 founders across 15 industries, helping them raise more than $50M in venture capital. She has taught finance to over 20,000 founders through the Bank of America Institute of Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell, The Startup Station’s NYC and Boston meetups, and 15+ accelerators, including programs with Vital Voices, a nonprofit founded by Hillary Clinton and Madeleine Albright to elevate women leaders globally. A passionate advocate for female founders and equitable access to capital, Victoria led the 2024 Female Founder Mindset Gym, combining business and resilience training.
